Our instructors will guide students through the basics of map reading and the creation of their own treasure maps while exploring designated areas of the HKUST campus. From freehand drawing to using measurement tools, students will experience different mapping methods through a series of activities. They will also gain a better understanding of scale, map reading, and measurement, helping them develop the concept of accurate measurement and representation.
科大本科生導師將講解比例圖的基本概念，引導學生循序漸進且有系統地，解讀圖內的資訊。學生亦有機會走到科大校園不同的空間，利用簡單的量度工具，徒手製作自己的藏寶圖；透過一系列體驗活動，應用課堂所學的知識，嘗試仔細並準確地繪圖。

學生化身成為魔法師深入探索水的魔法世界，除了深入探索水粒子外，亦會在課堂上透過進行不同互動及富趣味性的探究活動來認識濃度與密度的概念。
