Important Dates for Dual Program 2025

3 October 2025	Nomination Period Ends School Coordinating Teachers should collect all the acknowledgement emails from students and submit together with the completed Nomination Checklist to CDGT
5 November 2025	Nomination Result Announcement by Email to Schools and Student Nominees Successful Applicants should settle the course fee within three working days
Nov 2025 - April 2026	DP Pre-stage Level / Level 1 courses commence

Nomination Method

School Nomination
1 September to 26 September 2025	Student nominees submit the online application and upload copies of supporting documents, then print the acknowledgement email and submit it together with a copy of the latest academic report to the School Coordinating Teacher. (application will NOT be considered if the nominee has not submitted the acknowledgement email) (Application link will be released on 1 Sept)
3 October 2025 or before	School Coordinating Teachers collect copies of the acknowledgement email from all student nominees and complete the nomination checklist, then submit to CDGT by mail or email.

School Nomination

1 September to
26 September 2025

Student nominees submit the online application and upload copies of supporting documents, then print the acknowledgement email and submit it together with a copy of the latest academic report to the School Coordinating Teacher. (application will NOT be considered if the nominee has not submitted the acknowledgement email)

3 October 2025
or before

School Coordinating Teachers collect copies of the acknowledgement email from all student nominees and complete the nomination checklist, then submit to CDGT by mail or email.

Individual Application
1 September to 26 September 2025	Applicants submit the online application and upload copies of supporting documents. In principle, students should apply through "school nomination". However, if your school is not our participating school, or you have difficulties in obtaining the nomination from your school, you may apply through "individual application". If you are a student from one of our participating schools but are not applying through school nomination, please provide detailed reasons for this in your application. Failure to do so may result in your application not being considered. If you are unsure whether your school has joined the Dual Program, please email us at cdgt@ust.hk for verification. (Application link will be released on 1 Sept)

Individual Application

Applicants submit the online application and upload copies of supporting documents.

In principle, students should apply through "school nomination". However, if your school is not our participating school, or you have difficulties in obtaining the nomination from your school, you may apply through "individual application".
If you are a student from one of our participating schools but are not applying through school nomination, please provide detailed reasons for this in your application. Failure to do so may result in your application not being considered.
If you are unsure whether your school has joined the Dual Program, please email us at cdgt@ust.hk for verification.

Selection

Selection will be based on the information submitted by the applicants. Please make sure that all information provided is accurate. Once submitted, the information cannot be amended.

Applicants of Mathematics Pre-stage Level, Mathematics Level 1 and Physics Level 1 will be invited to attend an online screening test on 11 Oct 2025 (Sat).

Result Announcement and Course Fee Payment

There is only one round of selection. To facilitate the nomination procedures, please provide sufficient information when you submit the nomination documents.
Nomination results will be released to the nominating parties by email on 5 Nov 2025.
Enrolled students should settle the course fee within three working days (the payment details will be stated on the enrolment email).
