Reverse Treasure Hunting

In a treasure-hunting game, the key to outpacing others lies in mastering the ability to interpret scaled diagrams. Our instructors from HKUST will introduce the fundamental concepts of scale representation and guide participants through a structured, progressive approach to decoding the information embedded in maps. Students will also have the opportunity to apply the map-reading techniques learned in class as they navigate various locations across the HKUST campus in search of hidden treasures.

在尋寶游戲中，如果想比其他人更快找到寶藏，學懂閲讀比例圖就是當中要訣！科大學生導師將講解比例圖的基本概念，引導學生循序漸進且有系統地，解讀圖内的訊息。學生亦有機會應用課堂所學習的閲圖技巧，在科大校園不同的空間尋找寶藏。

Our instructors are HKUST undergraduate students. Trainings are provided before classes to ensure teaching quality.

First round successful application results will be released via email on 23 June 2026 (Tuesday). An SMS will be sent as a reminder on that day.

Applicants who do not receive an email or SMS will be considered for placement on the waiting list.

Successful applicants should settle the payment within the specified payment period (23 June 2026 (Tuesday) to 25 June 2026 (Thursday)) according to the payment instructions (FPS or credit card) provided in the email.

Applications will be deemed cancelled if applicants fail to pay on or before the deadline.
